24 unit rental building in Harrison, NY adjacent to the Metro North railway station. Cost $13 million

145 Library Lane

9 unit rental building. Institutional type construction. i.e. structural steel, bar joists and concrete floors. Cost $7 million.

100 unit rental project consisting of 3 buildings and 4 townhouses. Owners representative for $30 million project.

Metropolitan Plaza / Cambria Suites

This is an eight-story mixed use building in White Plains. It consists of two floors of retail — 35,000 square feet — and a "sky lobby" for the hotel with five floors of guest suites consisting of 130 suites. The unique aspect of the hotel construction is that it is being built off-site as modular construction, and then, completely finished rooms are lifted into place. Cost $45 million.
