Designed as a 28-story mixed use retail and condominium tower in White Plains, New York in 2009. The architect was Michael Graves and Associates, This building was budgeted at $140 million and not built.
River Club
This 353-unit, 18-story condominium in Yonkers, New York, has Hudson River frontage. The architect was Perkins Eastman, and the owner was GDC Corp. Budgeted at $170 million, the project was not built.
300 Mamaroneck Ave.
This building on Mamaroneck Ave. features 206 unit condominiums and nine stories in White Plains, New York. Architect was Der Scutt. Budgeted at $140 million, project not built.
